01. How do I find my size?
On each product page, click on the Size Chart link to view the Size Chart for that product. Compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to find the size that best fits.

02. What is the printing system?
Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head.
IMPORTANT: Before wear, wash the tshirts and sweatshirts to eliminate possible odors and material from the stamping process.
03. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we've all done it! As long as your order hasn't printed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
Send a message to the Shop Support team to cancel or make changes to your order Asistencia de compras. We can update your address (as long as it is in the same country), change a size, or remove an item. For any other changes, it is best to ask for your order to be canceled so you can place a new one.
Depending on demand, we can't guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We are only able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is printed. Be sure to include details about the changes needed to be made - order number, your new address, size, shirt design, etc.
04. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit or Debit Cards and PayPal!
Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted.
Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear "Threadless.com".
To use Paypal, you have the option to select PayPal as your payment method from Step 3: Billing Details at checkout.
05. Is the site secure?
Personal information given to this Artist Shop is fully. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties, and the Artist Shop servers will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Artist Shops does not store your credit card number at any time.

06. How does the currency conversion work for non-US orders?
All prices on the site are in United States Dollars (USD). When your order is placed, the order total will also be in USD. When it's charged to your card, your card company will convert the total to your country's currency at the currency rate when it's processed. If you need to be refunded, the refund will be processed at the current currency rate. This may differ from the rate when your card was charged. You may be charged additional fees for conversion. Contact your card company for more details.

08. How do I change items in my shopping cart?
To add something to your cart, go to the desired item on the product page. Select the size you want, and click 'Add to Cart'. A drop-down will appear confirming the item in your cart. You can either click 'View cart' to place your order or 'Continue Shopping' to add the item to your cart and keep shopping for more.
To delete an item from your cart, go to the shopping cart and click the 'remove' button under the design and designer name of the item you no longer want.
To change the quantity of an item, enter the number you want for that particular item in the 'Quantity' field and click 'Update'.
Your order total adjusts as you make changes.

09. Do you ship to my country?
Most likely! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select "View Cart", and then "Check out!". In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the 'Country' pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you!
If your country is not included, unfortunately, you won't be able to place an order. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
10. How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight, shipping method selected, and your shipping address. Postal/Standard ship prices typically start at:
— $5.99 for US orders
— $10.49 for orders outside the US
For qualifying orders over $99, free Postal shipping is available for US customers and $10 flat rate Standard shipping is available for customers outside the US (excludes skateboards, Bucketfeet shoes, and some wall art).
Ship prices are adjusted at checkout based on the items in your order, number of shipments, country, and shipping method. We offer Postal | Fast (Ground) | Faster (Two Day) | Fastest (Next Day) shipping for US based customers and Standard shipping for customers outside of the US (Additional expedited ship methods may be available depending on the country).
To find out how much shipping is for your order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, then proceed to the second step to see the shipping options and prices. You'll see the shipping cost under each shipping option in the Shipping Method section and the Total Cost (Items + Shipping + Tax) on the right side of the screen under Cart Summary. Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price.
Because items are custom printed and shipped from different locations, your items may be separated into multiple shipments. However, the shipping price will be shown as a single shipping cost for your entire order. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments.
Please note, customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more info.

11. When will my order ship?
Shipment processing times are stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Because all items are made for you, right when you order them, processing time is typically about 3 - 5 business days depending on the item. We know you're excited about the items you ordered, so we make sure to process and ship your order as fast as we can.
To find out the processing time for the items in your order, check your order confirmation email for the estimate. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as we ship each shipment in your order.
